Our Journey:

Unlimited Potential ABA stands out because of our unique journey, rooted in both personal experience and professional expertise. With over 25 years in behavior analysis, our founder brings profound knowledge and a deep personal connection to our work.

Having a child with a disability, our founder understands the challenges and triumphs families face from infancy to adulthood. For 27 years, she supported her child through occupational, physical, and speech therapies, as well as behavioral and medical services and surgeries. This journey has provided invaluable insights into families’ struggles and successes while seeking support and guidance

Her journey extends beyond her role as a parent. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over two decades of experience, she has dedicated 16 years to public education settings as a behavior specialist and instructor in de-escalation and crisis intervention. Additionally, she has served as the Executive Director of multiple successful and reputable ABA agencies in Northern Virginia for the past seven years. Through these roles, she has honed her skills in verbal behavior development, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition services. She has provided essential training to educators and professionals on effectively managing challenging behaviors. Now, she is expanding the reach and access to medical quality ABA services through Unlimited Potential ABA, ensuring that even more individuals with Autism can benefit from the highest standards of care and support.
